I earned my Bachelor’s degree in psychology at Michigan State University before obtaining two Master's degrees from Columbia University in both counseling psychology and mental health counseling.
My clinical experience began at The Dean Hope Center at Columbia University where I worked with clients seeking general therapeutic services. I then completed a year as an intern at The Addiction Institute of New York located at Mount Sinai West where I went on to work in both inpatient and outpatient care. My work at Mount Sinai focused on helping individuals seeking treatment for various substance use concerns focusing specifically on supporting gay men in long-term recoevery.

I then went on to work as the Associate Clinical Director for Counseling Services at The American Musical and Dramatic Academy and am also co-founder of The Modern Relationship Center where my work focuses on the processing and development of skills related to dating in the modern world.

I have found my experience and training working with a varied group of clients helpful in cultivating and continuing to grow my multicultural competency within my clinical practice; I welcome any and all of your identities into the room and am always open to discussing any questions or concerns you may have.
